| LIMITATIONS |

Site specific grants are limited to South Florida and Alabama. No grants to individuals or endowment funds. Most grants are restricted and require 1:1 match. |

No unsolicited grant proposals. Please send a 1-2 page letter
of inquiry and project summary BEFORE sending any additional materials. The Foundation's grantmaking is very focused and we do not wish to waste your time, or ours, if the proposed project is not a priority for us. |

Initial approach: letter of inquiry and project summary (due by April 7th or

Letters of inquiry should contain a brief description of the program/project; total budget; other sources of funding; and, expected completion date |

Proposal deadlines: May 5th and October 6th |

Grant review meetings: mid-June and mid-November |

Final notification will be received within three weeks following consideration |
